I suppose there might be worse. I'm terrifically bias. It's also called Clinton and Midtown West but... it's really Hell's Kitchen.

The neighborhood used to be an over populated slum of immigrants, mostly Irish way back when. Skilled work wasn't considered a possibility so it was usually manual labor or scullery.

So just... a place with a lot of rowdy, redheaded people you don't want in the fancier parts of the house.
